'Barak Festival’ is a signature event of the KRC Foundation. It will be organised at Silchar, Assam, India from 10-12 January every year. This year the theme of the Festival is 'NE India Adventure Sports, Art & Culture Promotion’
Painting Carnival is part of the River & Climate Conclave of ‘Barak Festival 2025’.
The Painting Theme are: River, Nature, Environment & Climate Conservation
You can register to participate. The Painting Carnival will be held on the 10th, 11th, and 12th of 2025 at Rajiv Bhawan, Park Road, Silchar, Assam, India.

Participation Fees can be made online for advance registration.
The application will be closed after we reach our threshold of participants.
