He is a writer, editor, trainer, content developer, presenter, behavioral researcher, social thinker & motivator.  Biswadeep is a propreneur with keen interest in training & development, social re-engineering, media & mass communication, coaching and management consulting".

Biswadeep is a journalist by profession. A multi faceted personality, he is also associated with various orgnisations in different capacities. 

Biswadeep has served in senior positions of many companies as Board of Director, Advisor and Consultant.

Life Goals: With more than 28 years of experience in the field of training & development, media & communication,  and consulting, Biswadeep is a coach, a leader, propreneur and a pioneer in his region in various fields. He creates impact in the assignments he takes.  

Biswadeep is the founder of '5E for Success' philosophy.  He does research on 5Es - Education, Employment, Employability, Entrepreneurship and Emotional Intelligence.

Professional Leadership: Being a humble but an assertive person with good presentation and communication skill makes him integrate well with team from diverse culture and attitude; his ability to empathize makes him negotiate difficult situations and lead in a democratic manner.

Personal Traits: He is highly passionate about his work, focused on single goal. He believe in seeing the end result. His self motivation gives him energy to do hard work and unleash his potential.  His personal statements always involve ‘I am responsible’ and thereby allow him to empathize with others. His positive attitude makes him an optimist and allows him to stay determined. His analytical and behavioral skills makes him understand various facets of life, a resourceful person and a problem solver. Joysree Sinha Gupta, was the second Founder of KRC along with Biswadeep Gupta. She graduated from Guru Charan College, Silchar with Physics honors and postgraduate in Management with Marketing and HR specialisation. After her MBA, Joysree joined Biswadeep in an entrepreneurial journey and was instrumental in building the organisation from scratch.

Her dedicated effort, peoples skill and product innovation had laid the foundation of KRC in the initial days. She has extensively traveled across NE Indian states,  West Bengal and organised various workshops, seminars and events for KRC.

A skilled trainer and having an astute business acumen, Joysree was liked by the trainees, clients and employees for her pleasing personality. She had undertaken numerous interviews, profiled thousands of candidates for KRC and was instrumental in shaping a brand name for KRC.

In 2010 Joysree went on a sabbatical due to family obligation and in 2014, quit the organisation.
