Corporate Training
The corporate training program is undertaken through a need analysis and is designed and customised according to client's needs.
We provide two-day training programs focused on communication, attitude, sales techniques, customer care and work-life balance.
The training program is suitable for corporate houses who employ a substantial number of employees and who need skill up-gradation on a regular basis in order to make them productive and exposed to changing business scenarios.
Small businesses can also benefit from these training programs where we encourage the owner, and entrepreneur to take such training sessions along with their small team. Such training can be the induction & development process for such organisations. These trainings will be tailored, made as required and can be part of any annual event or holiday etc. of the business unit in order to build an inspiring team for future growth. The training can be offered to a small group of 6+ people also.
The corporate program is also integrated as a part of our entrepreneurship development and consulting process.
The corporate program is divided into the following categories:
Induction Training Program:
We customise training programs for fresh recruits and can offer client specific induction training programs including technical training such as sales, IT, customer care, product handling etc.
Employee Enhancement & Engagement:
We customise tailored made, client specific, need based training modules in order to enhance employee productivity and make them proficiently engaged with the client organisation and customer or process.
Communication & Soft Skills:
The program is part of corporate training where the concept of communication, technique to develop an effective communication (Read, Write Speak) and focus on attitude building through soft skills are imparted through PPTs, role plays, story telling & audio-visuals methodology. A road map is developed on how to grow and improve their overall communication and attitude in order to achieve organisational goals.
Sales Training:
The sales training program is a technical program on sales and consists of various facets of the sales process. The sales concept, lead generation, objection handling and closing are taught through three phases - Concept, Best Techniques, & Practice.
The training is a mix of concepts and practice in order to master the concepts into real time technical oriented. We provide a complete sales module to make the trainees understand the process.
The science and art of sales are taught in the session.
Customer Care Training:
The training program consists of the concept of customer handling, objections and resolution, various techniques to handle situations, how to create customer 'wows' and identifying the 'Emotional Needs' of the customer care process.
This is a practical training and methods include role plays, exercises and making communication concepts to develop the process of care and support attitude among the executives.
The Methodology
Duration: Half Day/ One Day /Two Days
Eligibility: HS and above
Mode of Training: On site / & outlocation venues
Exposure: Concepts, Practices, Skill building techniques
Experience: The training program is based on creating a lasting impression on the participants as they are made to go through an experience where growth is the only vision that is focussed upon during the training session.
Rules: The Training is based on full time attendance and is guided by basic etiquette of corporate life.
The training program should not be used in any form to judge the participants by senior officials of the organisation.

Feedback: Feedback from the participants are collated regarding the training program and the program coordinator (team leader) of the client takes the responsibility of managing the trainees.
Certification: A course participation certificate to the participants are provided jointly by the organisation and KRC Foundation.
Continuation: The participants can keep on engaging with our trainer and mentors of the training programs through social media, post training and can expect to get advice if required.
