5E for Success is a philosophy developed by KRC over the last 20+ years of extensive work in the field of training, people management, and entrepreneurial journeys. We work on the 5Es namely Education, Employment, Employability, Entrepreneurship & Emotional Intelligence.

KRC ‘5E for Success’ imparts employability training to prepare students and youths to be market ready with business, communication and people skills. We produce knowledge based manpower through our training.

We provide training in all the locations across the North East Region. Our training are held in our own Centers, On Campuses, as well as at Business houses.

We organize Workshops, Internship, Projects, and provide Work Experiences for freshers and students through our various integrated models.

We offer services such as Career Membership, Career Mentoring & Monitor Milestones through our coaching and earn while you learn systems

We try to provide opportunities for internships and projects to trainee’s own/nearest locations
