Internship

At 5E for Success, we offer internship programs to homemaker and any one interested to develop various skills and expose them to a real time work environment. 

The key aspects of campus internship are:

1. The internship is for a period of three months only.

2. The selection is done on the basis of an online interview where we assess a student's interest, focus, skill set and availability of time.

3. The internship is offered along with our Train The Trainer Program, Talent Promoter options.

4. The internship is a non-paid internship program, i.e. no payments are made for the internship to students.

5. A internship completion certificate is issued to the trainees only after successful completion of the internship and when the trainee achieve the goal and objective of the internship. 

6. The seriousness, sincerity, output and impact are assessed during the internship and time to time feedback is also given to the trainees.

7. Trainees and youths are offered various free resources like readable material, workshops, memberships, and mentoring services for their future growth and career.

8. The internship can be Work from home/Office work & Field work  or hybrid according to the program need. 

9. The internship program is a serious activity where we invest a good amount of our resources to guide, train and motivate trainees for their development and thus the internship program is followed through proper guidelines. In case a trainee does not follow those guidelines they can be discontinued after giving them sufficient feedback and they will not be eligible for any certificate etc.

10. During the internship program no mischievous activities are entertained and any trainee found misusing the platform will be barred. In no way the internship can be termed as any job or paid project work etc.

We provide short term assignments to trainees according to their capabilities which they can align to the training Program objective and our activities in the KRC Foundation ecosystem. The trainee internship is tailored with the following objective for students to inculcate:
