KRC TIMES Media Management Centre
(A unit of KRC Foundation)
KRC Media Management Centre is a learning and development entity of KRC TIMES. It also undertakes various welfare activities for media professionals as well as conducts Media Conclaves to keep the media movement vibrant.
Following activities are the mandates of the Centre:
Media Management Development Program
The centre undertakes media management training programs that are integrated with the 5E For Success entity of the KRC Foundation. The specialisation in media studies is incorporated in the Management Development Program (MDP) of the 5E For Success training curriculum.
The trainee is exposed to hands-on experience in the media field and is exposed from news reporting to circulation to business development. All the platform of Print, Electronic, and New Media is covered in the six-month program along with the internship.

Eligibility: HS & above
Students pursuing media studies or who have completed any media program can apply for a short-term internship program with KRC TIMES. The internship program is offered under the 5E For Success entity of the KRC Foundation

There is no constraint of location or language. We encourage people from the last mile to apply in order to provide opportunities to youths from far flung area.
KRC Media Management Cell is a Public Relations platform where organisations & institutions can utilise the services of KRC Foundation's media ecosystem for their short-term requirements. We undertake responsibilities of media management activities such as organising press meets, media coverage, video recording, social media platform brand building, etc.
We provide our expertise and resources to clients and individuals for their media & communication needs. The service is offered under the KRC PERCEPTION & 5E For Success entity of the KRC Foundation.

With the vision ‘One for all, all for one’ KRC Foundation a North East based trust working in the field of media, training, events & consulting launched ‘Media Welfare Group’ (MWG) with the aim to unite media communities. The mission of MWG is to create a media ecosystem for sustainable development.

The membership is subject to the decision of the Advisory Board
The membership will be offered to the journalists in the locations where we have our operations.
However there are always possibilities of off location members being inducted subject to the decision and recomendation of the Advisory Board as we believe in 'connecting the unconnected' .
Being a member doe snot necessarily means that one has to be part of any committee. Committee formation is done as par the Code of Conduct.
KRC Media Conclave
KRC Media Conclave is part of KRC Foundation event verticals and can be integrated with any event that the organisation may organise. The Media Conclave is also part of welfare activities where multiple activities are undertaken in order to help media fraternity evolve, express and engage with multiple stakeholders and issues related to the profession.
During the Media Conclave the report cards of the activities of MWG will be showcased; formation/dissolution of various committees shall be taken up; and awards and recognition will be declared.
KRC Media Conclaves are an ideal platform for Students, Educational institutions, Media outlets, NGOs/CSOs, Organisations and Government departments to participate and add value to the movement.
