Internship

According to the National Educational Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) students from Standard VI (Class 6) onward should undertake some form of Internship.

At 5E for Success, we offer internship programs to students to develop various skills and expose them to a real time work environment suiting their needs, time, location, skills and availability of resources.

The key aspects of student internship are:

1. The internship is for a period of three months only.

2. The selection is done on the basis of an online interview where we assess a student's interest, focus, skill set and availability of time.

3. The internship can be undertaken along with their regular studies without disturbing any academic calendar and is tailored according to students' available resources in terms of time, energy and money.

4. The internship is offered free of cost and is a non-paid internship program, i.e. no payments are made for the internship to students or any fees are taken by KRC Foundation for the said internship program from students.

5. A digital internship completion certificate is issued to the students only after successful completion of the internship and when the students achieve the goal and objective of the internship. The seriousness, sincerity, output and impact are assessed during the internship and time to time feedback is also given to the students.

6. Students are offered various free resources like readable material, workshops, memberships, and mentoring services for their future growth and career.

7. The internship is mainly work from home based but for senior students above HS, Work from Home, Office work & Field work  options are available

8. The internship is offered to candidates as par availability of slots and selection. That is first the students have to apply, the students are selected and then the internship is provided as and when the slots are available. That is, there could be a wait time for the start of the internship program.

9. The internship program is a serious activity where we invest a good amount of our resources to guide, train and motivate students for their development and thus the internship program is followed through proper guidelines. In case a student does not follow those guidelines they can be discontinued after giving them sufficient feedback and they will not be eligible for any certificate etc.

10. During the internship program no mischievous activities are entertained and any student found misusing the platform will be barred. In no way the internship can be termed as any job or paid project work etc.
