Skill Development Training: 

Few skills that are necessary for any job life is imparted through our 5E For Success curriculum designed to make a student employable at the end of his academic life.

Following are the Skill Training designed for students to be imparted in the campus:


  1.  Communication & Soft Skills: 

The program is part of corporate training where the concept of communication, technique to develop an effective communication (Read, Write Speak) and focus on attitude building through soft skills are imparted through PPTs, role plays, story telling & audio-visuals methodology. A road map is developed on how to grow and improve their overall communication and attitude in order to achieve their personal, professional and social goals.


  2. Management Development Program: 

(Entrepreneurship, Sales, Media)

The management development program is designed to impart the skills and knowledge of management practices and to equip a students with the various aspects of organisational processes. 

The program aims to provide a head start to the students to focus on their organisational journey and equip them with necessary skills to lead and make them prepared to face organisational challenges and goals. 

The program also provides internship, a scope to acquire short term work experience and a possibility to work in live projects while in campus so that a candidate can remove their freshers tag and are prepared to face the corporate world.

We also provide specialisation subjects like entrepreneurship, sales and media training to prospective students based on their skill set, interest and career goals.

  

  3. Sales Training: 

The sales training program is a technical program on sales and consists of various facets of the sales process. The sales concept, lead generation, objection handling and closing are taught through three phases - Concept, Best Techniques, & Practice.

The training is a mix of concepts and practice in order to master the concepts into real time technical oriented. We provide a complete sales module to make the trainees understand the process.

The science and art of sales are taught in the session.

  4. Customer Care Training: 

The training program consists of the concept of customer handling, objections and resolution, various techniques to handle situations, how to create customer 'wows' and identifying the 'Emotional Needs' of the customer care process.       

This is a practical training and methods include role plays, exercises and making communication concepts to develop the process of care and support attitude among the executives.
