Membership does not guarantee any Job. Placement Assistance is provided by KRC Placement Division

KRC Placements connects employees with employers and job offers are directly provided by 'Employers' and accepted by 'Candidates' at the sole discretion of employers and the decision of candidates respectively  

Membership is valid for a period of one year and has to be renewed annually

A free profiling session of the candidate is undertaken in order to identify the potential and career directions

Step 2: We shall screen your biodata and send you the profiling datasheet through email for you to fill up and send us

Step 3: In case of any further information a telephonic /video interaction will be scheduled

Step 4: Feedback with suggestions will be sent by email/interaction

Step 5: Registration in the KRC Placements database

Step 6: Your resume will be sent to employers looking for candidates in case your profile matches the job requirements

Step 7: In case your resume is shortlisted, we shall inform and brief you about the job opening Accordingly, we shall fix the interview. Employers may directly also contact you

Step 8: The organisation takes its own course of action in the selection process and we do not have any influence on the selection of a candidate

The candidate's resume is improved according to the profiling session @Rs.450 per session + (18% GST)

Step 1: In case you want to avail of the Resume Plan, the fee of Rs. 450 (Rupees Four Hundred Fifty) + 18% GST is charged by KRC Foundation per session

Step 2: Follow all the steps of the Profiling Plan

Step 3: In case of any further information a telephonic /video interaction will be scheduled

Step 4: Feedback with suggestions will be provided during the preparation of the resume 

Step 5: A draft resume is sent to candidates for final checks and changes required

Step 6: The final resume will be sent to members and the same will be updated in the KRC Placements database 

Step 7: Offer for Non-Paid Internship

(Please note: Minimum 2 days & maximum seven days are required after receipt of payment)

Step 8: Steps (5 to 8) of Profiling are followed continuously for one year

Step 9: Renew membership after one year. (Only Profiling session to be undertaken. In case the member wants to improve their resume then the Resume services may be taken)

A seven days  or 14 Hours training on Interview Technique (online workshop) + Resume & Profiling @Rs1500 + (18% GST) 

Step 1: In case you want to avail Interview Plan, the fee of Rs. 1500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) + 18% GST is charged by KRC Foundation per session

Step 2: Follow all the steps of Profiling and Resume plans

Step 3: The Online Training schedule may start within a maximum of 15-20 days of receipt of payments and the timings are fixed by  KRC Foundation batch-wise 

Step 4: Feedback with suggestions may be provided by trainers and HR experts during the online workshop or post-workshop individually

Step 5: Offer for Non-Paid Internship 

Step 6: Steps (5 to 8) of Profiling are followed continuously for one year

Step 7: Renew membership after one year. (Only Profiling session to be undertaken. In case the member wants to improve their resume then the Resume services may be taken)
