Placement Training:

Placement is the end result of any academic perusal and we groom candidates for their placement opportunities targetted towards private sector as well as orient candudates for Government sector.

Here we undertake two powerful activities, how to face interviews and building their resume, by providing Exposure, Experience and EQ. (3Es)

Following are the skill training and activities designed for students to take advantage of 5E For Success process of KRC Foundation.

  1.  Interview Technique Training:

The program is part of placement vertical of 5E For Success. Students are prvided  training on how to face various interview. The following is our core concept of the training program.

Here we deliberate on the various questions asked in different types of interviews, identify what are the traps (objections) the interviewer is trying to make a candidate fall into and thus bring out (after understanding the trap in the questions), the best possible answers to the questions.

The training outcome is to orient a student to know about complete cycle of interview process, types of questions and most importantly the 'Trap' in the questions and how to answer these with proper communication technique (including tone and body language)

The program is of  Two days / 24 hours duration.
