KRC Foundation evolved over the period of time and as the Founders established it first in the year 2005 in Guwahati and was known as Knowledge Resource Centre. The founders after completing their MBA in 2000 decided not to venture for jobs rather take the path of entrepreneurship in the field of education. One of the founders who graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1995 was already into entrepreneurship from 1997 in the field of IT Services & was working as a Media Management professional with a leading media group of NE India.

From 2000 onward both the founders started working in the field of education space which included Distance Learning Program of Universities, Computer Training Centre, Competitive Examinations Training etc. under their entity Ogrodeep School of Studies. 

During this initial phase of the entrepreneurship journey they had handled in franchisee capacities brands like Gauhati University Distance Learning Centre (now IDOL), Kurukshetra University Distance Learning Center, WEBCOM, Bachpan, Clara International, Malaysia etc.besides providing consulting services to various corporate sector.

After a rich experience of 5 years of handling different educational brands from the year 2000, the founders decided to start their own brand in the year 2005. 

Thus the journey of the Knowledge Research Centre was established in Guwahati, Assam in 2005.

KRC is associated with various management institutions, training multinational like Door Training & Consulting India, corporate like Cambium Networks, IBM India, HP, Avaya etc.; media group Jugasankha, Eastern Chronicle, The Mizoram Post, Manipur Chronicle, tripurainfo.com, Hills Live etc.  

KRC has been successfully providing manpower services to brands like Taj Group of Hotels, Maruti, Nokia, various call centres, and business houses etc. and has placed more than 5000 candidates across India and NE states and interviewed more than 25,000 youths of NE India till date.     

After a successful operation from 2005 the organisation was converted into a Foundation and from the year 2015 it is now known as Knowledge Resource Centre Foundation (KRC Foundation)

The founders evolved under KRC the 5E for Success philosophy for Personal, Professional & Social Success and promulgate the concept to the youths and parents. For them 5E for Success is a 'movement' rather than a professional activity. 

Founder's Profile:

Biswadeep Gupta, is a practicing management consultant with specialized skills in - analyzing government policies and identifying business opportunities with state and central government agencies ; business development ; business process development ; talent acquisition ; capacity building through employability, communication and skill enhancement training ; incorporation of latest management concepts and best practices in entrepreneurial initiatives”. 

He is a writer, editor, trainer, content developer, presenter, behavioral researcher, social thinker & motivator.  Biswadeep is a propreneur with keen interest in training & development, social re-engineering, media & mass communication, coaching and management consulting".

He is a journalist by profession.

Life Goals: More than twenty years 23 years of experience in the field of training & development, Biswadeep is a coach, a leader, pioneer in his region in various fields and created impact in his chosen assignments.  

Biswadeep is the founder of '5E for Success' philosophy.  He does research on 5Es - Education, Employment, Employability, Entrepreneurship and Emotional Intelligence.

Professional Leadership: Being a humble but an assertive person with good presentation and communication skill makes him integrate well with team from diverse culture and attitude; his ability to empathize makes him negotiate difficult situations and lead in a democratic manner.
